The absence of hot water during a stay is inexcusable, leaving guests unable to shower for days at a premium rate.

The proximity to both the S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations enhanced our travel experience, making it a breeze to explore the area. Plus, the free fresh coffee and tea available in the lobby created a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay.

Comfortable beds and clean rooms were a highlight. My Standard Twin Room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a walk-in shower. The metro station Jurastrasse is super close, making travel easy. Breakfast was solid too. Plus, there’s laundry service, which is helpful. I loved the attentive staff, especially during the laundry mix-up situation.
